You are solely responsible for customer data compliance
7. Payments
Payments are processed via third-party payment providers
We do not store card or UPI credentials
Never share OTP, PIN, or sensitive details with anyone
We are not liable for fraud caused by user negligence
8. Prohibited Activities
You agree NOT to:
Violate any laws or regulations
Sell illegal, counterfeit, or restricted products
Engage in fraud, money laundering, or gambling
Upload harmful software (viruses, malware)
Misuse the Platform or attempt unauthorized access
Prohibited Products Include:
Drugs and narcotics
Tobacco and alcohol (where restricted)
Counterfeit goods
Illegal or unsafe services
9. User Responsibilities
Provide accurate and updated information
Comply with all applicable laws (including Indian laws)
Maintain independent records of transactions
Backup your data regularly
10. Third-Party Services
The Platform may include third-party services (payments, analytics, etc.)
We are not responsible for their content, policies, or actions
Use them at your own risk
11. Intellectual Property
All Platform content is owned or licensed by the Company

18. Refunds & Cancellation
UPI Transactions
Cannot be cancelled once initiated
Wrong details entered are user’s responsibility
Card Payments
Issues must be reported to support
Refunds
Processed case-by-case after validation
Subject to applicable laws and payment provider policies
19. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform means you accept the updated Terms.
20. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Governed by laws of India
Courts of Haryana shall have jurisdiction
Dispute Resolution
Disputes will be resolved via arbitration
Governed by the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996
Language: English
21. Miscellaneous
Severability: Invalid clauses do not affect others
Assignment: We may transfer rights; users cannot without permission
Notices: Sent via registered email
Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute full agreement
